Job description
The Administrator – Data & Reporting, GHRSC, is part of the regional HR Services team that ensures HR Shared Service run the operations successfully and are error free.
We are looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic person who is having relevant experience of 2 – 4 years. Preferably a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources. This position will report to Head APAC GHRSC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and working with the HRSC steering committee to extended global reporting and dashboard support to countries
- Work on metrics-based requirement by consolidating information from various sources, summarize results and prepare presentations.
- Work on variety of reporting and analytical dashboards pertaining to talent acquisition, attrition, movements, headcount, mobility, etc.
- Work on employee surveys and related data analysis and insights
- Work on documenting, simplifying and automating the current HR processes while working with Global counter parts
- Supports other HR Specialists by designing customized reports providing source data from Success factor
- Runs the strategic HR reports and comments the most important trends
- Support the Global team for the organizational surveys and its rollout, provide support to create and analysis the trends and communication
- Work with IT team to conduct regular audits over HR data and correct the data fixes
- Comply all the GDPR guidelines while dealing with the multi country data
- Participates in various HR reporting projects for the analysis & dashboard preparation
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability and passion to work with big amounts of data and numbers
- A very accurate working style
- Advanced Excel skills, good Power point skills
- Fluent in English and a good capability to communicate and work in an international environment
- Hands-on approach
Qualifications, certifications, and education requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Multi-language skills advantageous
- Occasional travel may be required for global team meetings/projects
- Frequent meetings with others across global time zones will require some calls to be made outside of standard business hours
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
